  • Lead generation – includes all methods of getting an audience to become a customer through social media, broadcast, outdoor and every kind of online campaigns
  • Lead management – acquiring and maintaining customer information usually by using a CRM system
  • Content Marketing – the brand messages for your website, including blogs, podcasts, videos and other things that you create
  • Affiliate Marketing – Using content or products that others have created and provide ways for your audience to get those products and you earn a commission
